Are your photographs retouched?
Yes. My photos are enhanced by retouching. Retouching is automatically included in all of my services.
How many photos will I receive?
Check out my services page, it details pricing and how many images are delivered.
Will I receive the entire collection of photos taken during my session/event?
All photos are taken in a raw format for more detailed editing purposes. More photos are captured initially to ensure that I deliver the correct amount of edited photos promised when booking. Lots of time, effort, and talent is dedicated to your photo session from beginning to end.
Here's how!
Step 1: We successfully service your session/event!
Step 2: All photos taken are sorted through and edited!
Step 3: We meet to select the amount of photos.
Step 4: Selected photos are sent digitally via link to your photo gallery!
An option for additional photos is available upon request for an additional fee.
When will I receive my finished photos?
Turnaround time for most sessions are about 7 days. Longer sessions/events may call for a two-week turnaround.
How will I receive my finished photos?
I upload photos to my website's gallery. You will have a personal gallery (password protected) and access to it via a link to download, share, and save. I do not offer printing services at this time, but it is soon to come!
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling/refund policy?
Prior to services being rendered, an email to graciousimgs@gmail.com indicating your desire to cancel must be sent at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session to receive a full refund. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your refund. Note that once services have been rendered, refunds will not be issued. If the client is unsatisfied with initial image edits, re-edits of the previously delivered photos will be conducted once more.
If the photographer needs to cancel services for any reason of their own, your full refund will be reissued to you immediately.
Do you provide the original, unedited, raw image files?
Each image in your gallery will be edited to improve lighting, contrast, sharpness, and color — all of which is a standard process. Therefore, I do not provide the unedited RAW images.
